With access from the living room and master bedroom the pool area is south facing so you know that whenever you decide it is time to just chill out you can enjoy that famous Florida sunshine. The L-shaped pool has a spa / jacuzzi to help relieve those tired muscles after shopping, golfing or those trips to the many theme parks. Poolside you will find another bathroom (cabana) and shower. The pool and spa can be heated if required at an extra cost. It also can be illuminated for night time swimming. There is an extended deck for sunbathing and all pool furniture is supplied. There is a covered patio (lanai) with lighting and ceiling fan perfect for al fresco dining.

For those more competitive members of the family there is a well equipped Games Room. Here you will find a substantial 8ft pool table and a large football table (foosball). There are bar stools available for spectators.

A mile and a half north on Highway 27 will bring you to Berry Town Center where you will find a large Publix supermarket, a few banks and several restaurants. Some of these provide a take out service and a few even deliver. A few miles further down highway 27 will bring you to a Walmart which sells absolutely everything you can think of. There are more restaurants and another Publix at Champions Gate which can be found 3 miles east.Two miles north on the 27 will bring you to the 192 and the restaurants and gift shops you can imagine.Florida is famed for it's shopping malls and they are all easily accessible via Interstate 4.
